At last !!!

Managed to spot 3 seperate male Pied Flycatcher and another singing but ne females to report as such. Females usually arrive slightly later than the males so hopefully will start to see them arriving over the next week or so. Lots of my nest boxes are occupied with the usual suspects Blue and Great tits and numerous Nuthatch. Images show Nuthatch sat on eggs, Great tit sat on eggs a clutch of Great tit eggs along with a single Song Thrush egg and a clutch of 3 Blackbird eggs.

To top off a really enjoyable morning out with my little Eira I've just heard my first cuckoo of 2023.
