Lots of Barn Owl chicks
Checked on 6 Barn Owl nest boxes this morning with my good friend Shaun Doughton. It was so rewarding to count so many healthy Barn Owl chicks with 4 clutches of 6, 1 of 5 and 4 chicks in the last box checked. Amazing numbers and I have many more nest boxes to check. Hopefully I will be out next weekend ringing the chicks and I will check on other nest boxes.
