Police cadets to the rescue

A Huge thank you to Alex and Hayley (Gwent Police CSO'S),  Cery's and Lucie (Gwent Police Cadets) for your continued support and help today. Unfortunately my knees aren't up to the task these days so I am so reliant on you guys.

We managed to check on about 100 nest boxes this morning with challenging terrain to contend with. Lots of Pied Flycatcher nests at this site so it was nice for the cadets to see this nests inside the nest boxes they helped to erect last year. We'll on course to get to the magic number of 40 Pied Flycatcher nests with numerous sites yet to visit.
