Refurbished nest boxes

Today I managed to get a second coat of masonry paint applied to 31 refurbished nest boxes. At the moment I have no ply I can turn into small nest boxes which is a bit frustrating considering I have approximately one hundred plus nest boxes that need replacing.

I am hoping I can get some help with materials soon because I would like to start work on replacing damaged or old nest boxes before autumn. I will need to finish ringing my Pied Flycatchers, Redstarts and Barn Owls before commencing work. If you can help out in any way I would very very grateful.
